I build small, practical tools for things that shouldn't be complicated

Sometimes for clients, sometimes because I ran into the problem myself. AI helps me move faster, but the focus stays on clarity, structure and real workflows.

I'm a communications consultant, filmmaker and independent builder. Before I started building tools myself, I spent years working with developers: writing briefs, making wireframes and shaping digital projects from the outside. At some point that shifted. I started building simple sites myself, first with WordPress and Squarespace, and now building things myself with the help of AI.

Tools and sites I've built:

removewhite.com
I needed a faster way to clean up images, logo's, drawings, scans and signatures without sending files to a server.
  • Remove white or black pixels without waiting
  • Make white or black transparent instantly
  • Color inversion (black ↔ white, any color (create negative or positive versions))
  • Export any image as PNG or WebP
  • Apply transparency or any background color to the export
  • Local processing (no uploads to our servers, no AI training)
  • Instant processing
Live · Local processing · No uploads · Privacy-first
Privacy-first visual for RemoveWhite: no uploads, processing in the browser
SpeedLog How far, how fast?
I wanted to track distance and speed while cycling. Runkeeper kept getting in the way, so I built a tiny GPS logger in the browser. Live · No account · No app · Route map · GPX export
SpeedLog GPS tracker preview
mennorodefilm.com
Custom paywall storefront for direct film sales. Users pay via Stripe and unlock instantly, without creating an account. Live · Instant unlock paywall · No account required
elsedes.com
A custom-built, fast-loading publication site for documentary observations, made to keep the reading experience clear, calm, and focused. Live · Reader-first design · Custom architecture · Hand-drawn visuals
eggradar.com
I was curious how egg prices differ around the world, so I built a simple way to compare them using one baseline. Eggradar shows normalized egg prices across countries, based on a 12-egg basket. Live · Database-backed · Users can submit prices
medicationradar.com
A planned platform for comparing medication prices across countries and languages. Built around the same idea as Eggradar: make price differences easier to see and submit. Early · Database-backed · Join the waitlist for updates
